How to hire a maid?
1. The employer need to apply for Employers' Orientation Programme (EOP)
You must attend the Employers' Orientation Programme (EOP) if you are hiring a foreign domestic worker for the first time.
1) You can enroll with the online EOP.
To be eligible for the course, participants must be 21 years old and above and own a valid SingPass account. You will take about 90 minutes to complete the Online EOP.EOP online learning website:
2) You can also choose to attend a classroom EOP.
If you do not have a SingPass, for example,if you are Long-Term Visit Pass holder(LTVP),you can also choose to attend a classroom EOP. The course duration is 3 hours. Course languages are English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil. No exam is required after the course, and EOP certificate will be issued after the course. Classroom address information is as follows:

2.Choose a maid
- Employers select maids who meet their requirements on our website.
- Or we recommend the right maids based on the needs of the employer.
3.interview and contract signing
After the employer has selected the candidate, contact us and we will arrange the video interview. If you need interview assistance, you can go to our office and ask staff for assistance.
The interview is in order to understand the maid's family background, working experience , and help the maid understand her next work environment, job duties, salary, offday, etc. After the two sides confirmed the employment relationship, they signed the contract at the store, and the staff began to assist both parties to go through the following procedure.
4. Arrival time.
At present, we provide helper mainly from four countries to families in Singapore. Myanmar, Indonesia, India and Filipino maids.
Maids in Myanmar(Burma), Indonesia, and India usually take two to three weeks to come to Singapore.
Maids in the Philippines usually need three to four weeks to come to Singapore. (Individual cases are to be discussed at specific times,might have some delay.)
5. Precautions for personnel
When a maid enters the employer ’s home, the employer needs to train the maid to provide maid management, introduce the working environment, work duties, and working rules/house rules, eating habits, and rest time. However, for the work requirements not mentioned in the contract, the employer and the maid may negotiate and decide, and the maid has the right to refuse work items that are not included in the contract.
